For our client, an international company, we are looking for a logistics manager for direct switching to an indefinite fixed order. As a logistics manager, you can run a team of up to 100 employees.

You perform a department of up to 100 employees in an operational and professional manner and control, control and optimize processes and tasks You are the first contact for the customer with regard to operational topics You ensure compliance with performance indicators and create reporting and SAP evaluations You organize regular meetings with team management, customers and site management and regularly exchange with other locations You are responsible for personnel and capacity planning You serve as an interface to the works council for all operational matters of the respective departments

You have completed training or studies in the field of logistics or the like. You bring multi-year professional experience from logistics or comparable professions with You are characterized by an independent and ideen-rich way of working, act as a team player and are empathic to employees You can control German and English You are versed in handling MS-Office and possess SAP user knowledge
