Leading a team within the Group Tax Department Tax monitoring of M&A activities, restructuring and the integration of newly acquired companies or groups of companies Support in the further development of a tax compliance management system Coordination of the creation of tax balances and complex income tax declarations with multi-level corporate relations Coordination and professional management of tax audits Coordination and cooperation in the determination of tax provisions and deferred taxes according to HGB and IFRS as part of annual accounts and group reporting

Business or economic studies focusing on accounting and tax Completed tax advisor examination and multiannual professional experience (min. 5 years) in the tax department of an international group or a big 4 audit firm Secure knowledge of English in word and writing User knowledge of MS Office products and knowledge of SAP S4Hana and Datev are provided
