Your tasks include support for all activities of the company for project realization. The focus is on the customer and the project success.

Leadership and further development of the team of currently 8 colleagues Ensuring project success in cooperation with project management Distribution of tasks and coordination of internal and cross-border activities Close cooperation with the management of strategic projects Reporting to the management Acquisition and management of projects in order allocation by the customer Customer support in internal services with regard to all arising commercial and technical questions Ensuring compliance with dates, budget, quality and customer expectations Consulting and support for sales in sales and transfer processes (Sales to Project) Examination and design of customer contracts Creation of payment plans and invoices and maintenance of dunning and receivable management First contact person in complaint management

completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, or completed economic studies, combined with a pronounced technical understanding Multiannual professional experience in project management, of which at least 2 years in a leadership function High customer orientation and professional appearance Clear and structured work even in dynamic phases Large organizational talent Self-employment and proactive approach to challenges German and English skills, other foreign languages desirable
