Our regional product managers are responsible for the operational and commercial implementation of an assigned product line within a defined geographical region. You ensure that the regional implementation agrees with the higher-level product strategy, support local sales teams and manage supplier relationships to achieve the desired growth. As a regional product manager, you are sleeping the bridge between global strategies and regional implementation by translating market views into concrete action plans.

Development, support for product management of our suppliers and leading manufacturers of polyolefins in the DACH region Cooperation with European Product Management, Implementation of Market and Product Strategies Support our sales teams in the designated product and application areas Contact for strategically important customers in the region With the help of identifying growth opportunities and ensuring a strong commercial presence Provision of first technical advice for sales teams and customers for product selection, market and application Communication of success stories and product advantages within the region Cooperation in commercial planning and budgeting Monitoring the performance of assigned product groups and ensuring the achievement of targets Provision of market information that can affect budget planning and sales activities Interface between regional sales teams and suppliers Translation of product strategies into concrete regional action plans Regional adjustment of prices, product availability and (compatible) customer requirements Precise sales forecasts to support supply chain planning and ensure goods availability Contribution to Demand Planning and Risk Management Strategies Promoting cross-functional cooperation and ensuring common target orientation Coaching and further development of team members to strengthen knowledge and performance

Completed studies or training in business, engineering, chemistry or comparable At least 5 years of experience in commercial or technical product roles (technical activities) The ability to influence and implement goals across functional and cross-country Strong clear communication, problem solving capabilities and data analysis competence The ability to manage complex and contradictory priorities, result-oriented and responsive Hands-On mentality and absolute service orientation Flowing German and English skills Experience in a matrix organization is advantageous readiness to travel in the DACH region and to European meetings (up to 50%)
