Working Student Personnel Development - Digitalization, Process Automation, Oracle (m/f/d)

As a working student, you work with the digitization, analysis and further development of HR processes. You support the identification of automation potentials within the department, for example, to reduce manual activities and promote end-to-end process thinking. In the introduction and further development of the Oracle HCM HR system, you can make valuable contributions. In addition, you also support change, communication and enablement measures in the context of this system implementation. You create and care for process documentation, overviews and presentations. You will also have support in training creation and click-instructions, as well as close cooperation with colleagues from HR, change management and adjacent departments.

You are an immatricated student, ideally in a degree course such as economics or social sciences, psychology, pedagogy, economic psychology or comparable. You have a strong interest in digitization, process management and automasing. Ideally, you already had first contact points with HR systems and have a great affinity for IT systems and digital tools. You have a very good understanding of processes and relationships and great enthusiasm to simplify things. You convince by your structured, careful and independent way of working. In addition, you are familiar with the application of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel. You enrich and support staff development through your high team capacity, initiative and drive to take responsibility.
