These are your tasks:

• Implementation of measurements of samples (first sample / requalification) according to the drawing (including documentation, evaluation of results and all tangible tasks)
• Measurement of serial parts by drawing and information of the affected employees on the results
• Development of measurement strategies and principles as well as creation of measurement programs
• Machines and processability studies
• Teaching development
• Measurement system analyses
• Measurement and test equipment monitoring

Take this with you:

• Technical training, ideally quality technicians
• Experience in a manufacturing company
• Secure handling of common measuring instruments and software for data evaluation
• Including practical experience in quality assurance and measurement technology
• Use of coordinate measurement technology preferably ZEISS and Calypso software
• knowledge of FMEA; PPAP; PPF
