As a Legal Counsel at Materna, you advise and support our specialist departments and sales throughout the contract lifecycle (offering and contract negotiation to claim management in the current project). supports our bid management in participating in complex and demanding alerts. evaluate the legal risks in offers and contracts and thus enable the management to make a sound decision-making. design and maintain training on legal issues. first and plead pattern contracts. You work closely with the risk management and compliance department.
