IT Project and Demand Manager (m/f/d)

You are taxing IT projects end‐to-end: from initiation to planning to go-live and you keep an overview of the scope, dates, budget and quality You plan and deliver in Jira (Epics/Stories, Roadmaps, Boards, Dependencies, Risks, Measures): a source of truth, no parallel excel Decisions for the management and steering bodies are available to you in an address-oriented manner: Status traffic lights, options, criteria and recommendations are of course for you You establish & develop PMO standards related to the IT environment pragmatically (e.g. Stage‐Gate-Light, Risk/Issue-Logs, DoR/DoD, Lessons Learned). The coordination of new implementation and the revision of overarching IT-internal processes and procedures such as e.g. DevOps lie in your hand You coordinate the IT-demand management by placing requirements from the specialist areas and performing their pre-qualification (business benefits, effort, dependencies) and prioritization with stakeholders. You are also responsible for the capacity matching with the teams and the transfer to the project portfolio board (Jira‐assisted) You coordinate the IT portfolio by logging the portfolio view in Jira, synchronizing roadmaps and dependencies, balancing capacities and bottlenecks, and moderating priority cycles/Quarterly Plannings and delivering a standardized portfolio reporting (e.g., traffic lights, milestones, risks) You moderate workshops, promote commitments and eliminate blockades structured. To ensure quality and handovers (Doku, Change/Release, handover in operation/support)

You have completed your studies, preferably in business informatics and over several years of experience in IT project management (classical/agil/hybrid) with detectable results In Jira you have routine for planning and delivery (Roadmaps, Boards, Reports) Very good German skills (min. C1 level) are provided for this job, ideally you also have very good English skills You are proactively introducing your experience in IT-demand and portfolio management (intake, prioritization, capacity control, portfolio reporting, roadmaps & dependencies) You can integrate stakeholders across hierarchy and run necessary risk management: In 1-1, but also before groups and in workshops Structure, liabilities and clear communication – you prepare decisions and make promises You will further develop motivation with our PMO operations – pragmatic, step-by-step and effective Ideally, you have certifications (PRINCE2, PMI/PMP, IPMA, Scrum Master/SAFe), Jira knowledge with project track/SharePoint knowledge and/or experience in security/compliance-driven projects
