Ensuring a functioning GCS with optimal customer support and team performance Acquisition of professional and disciplinary leadership tasks in the field of competence elaboration and training of the work and process instructions for supply and order acquisition in the global DHC system (in addition to the sales-relevant points also includes aspects such as CPS, Trade Fair/Congress/Workshop) Initiate monitoring of relevant processes and necessary optimizations Contact person for team members in Sales Operations and Sales Admin to optimize customer centricity Supporting the integration and training of colleagues in the customer service of SSUs Active cooperation in cross-area and cross-border projects (BPM; IT projects, IT roll-out SSUs/MPUs) Responsible contact person for AUDIT relevant topics in the area of responsibility Regular exchange with SSU's Customer Service colleagues to support globally and initiate improvements

Successfully completed studies with a focus on supply chain management, training as a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade or comparable Multiannual professional experience in sales, export processing Ideally leadership experience in a comparable position Experience in handling ERP and CRM systems and very good handling of MS Office Very good communication skills as well as distinct structured, independent and solution-oriented working and thinking Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
