Individually responsible support of the legal team in the operational daily business

Planning, tracking and coordination of appointments, repository and relevant deadlines

Professional communication with clients - both personally and by phone

Creation, processing and coordination of correspondence, fonts and documents

Participation in the preparation of contract documents, presentations and individual client topics

Preparation, organisation and settlement of missions, meetings and hostings

Completed commercial or legal training, ideally related to the law firm environment

First practical experience in a comparable assistance or office function of advantage

Structured, independent and predictive operation with high quality standards

Safe handling of common office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Very good knowledge of German and solid knowledge of English in word and writing

Embossed service orientation, communication strength and professional appearance

Organisational skills, rapid understanding and a high level of responsibility
