The focus is on the professional support of our hotel guests - from the warm welcome at check-in to the adoption. In addition, take care of: Care of our guests incl. check-in and check-out Examination and processing of reservations, overbooking and options Accounting incl. management of cost and cash management and accounting Organisational and administrative tasks in both front and back office areas (e.g. management of non-arrivals, answering emails) Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through cooperation in our multicultural team
