Educational assistant*in/social pedagogical accompaniment (w/m/d) in the project “Wege in Employment” in parttime (20 h/W)

The body shall be limited until 31 December 2027, subject to the grant.

Please also note our invitation to tender for the position “Fachlehrkraft für das Berufsfeld School”. With appropriate suitability, both points can be combined with one another.

What you expect:

• They accompany the participants of the project on your way to training as a teacher and support personal, social or organizational challenges that can affect the path of training or employment
• You organize and conduct interviews and check the formal requirements for participation in the project
• They advise and support the recognition of foreign school and vocational qualifications
• They accompany the participants in fulfilling the language admission requirements for the admission of training
• They acquire appropriate practical positions, maintain cooperation with Bremer Kindertageeinrichtungen and support participants in the application process
• They accompany participants in the transition to training and promote sustainable integration into the profession
• They work closely with day care facilities, specialist schools, the Agency for Work and other cooperation partners
• They document consulting, mediation and support processes and maintain the subscriber-related data
• They contribute to project-related evaluations, reports and quality assurance
• They work closely with the colleagues of the project team, coordinate consulting and mediation processes and contribute to a successful implementation of the project objectives

What distinguishes you:

• They have completed university studies, ideally in the fields of social work, social education, pedagogy or a comparable subject
• Professional experience in the (social) pedagogical accompaniment of adults, coaching or professional integration is advantageous
• Experiences in working with people who have moved in and with people with German as a second language are desirable
• They are characterized by intercultural competence as well as an appreciative and resource-oriented approach to people of different situations of life
• They have an independent, structured and solution-oriented approach and a high degree of organisational skills
• You are happy to work in the team and communicate safely and legally to the internal and external cooperation partners
• They bring consulting skills, empathy and joy in working with people with
• They have good computer skills and are safe to use the current MS Office applications
