Project Manager - Industrial Engineering (m/f/d)

Head of complex change projects in the context of the transformation and digitization of the entire operation area, including the development, planning and implementation of solutions for digital production and control of up to eight project employees and external partners: continuous improvement of existing manufacturing and business processes to increase the continuity, effectiveness and efficiency in the production processes as well as implementation of complex problem analyses and development of solutions for continuous working with digital devices Support in the further development of a defined project portfolio in the fields of transformation, digitization or automation using various methods and tools of agile project and change management Ensuring compliance with time and cost requirements as well as quality management standards within the projects, including initiation of actions in the event of identified risks or deviations regular coordination with the executive department management and cross-departmental interfaces such as IT, engineering and purchasing as well as coordination of organisational development as an interface partner:in between production and specialist areas

successfully completed bachelor's degree in the field of economic engineering or a similar field or multiannual professional experience with comparable qualification first experience in project management and ideally an IPMA Level D certification or a comparable training strong technology and process affinity as well as experience in the selection and continuous implementation of new technologies ensure a safe handling of processes of discrete production as well as experience in the production environment and in the control of external partners: very good oral and written expression combined with great sense of responsibility an independent, structured and self-initiative working combined with flexibility convincing team capability, reliability and communication strength
