In this role you accompany children and adolescents in everyday life, strengthen their skills and support them on their way to more self-employment and stability.

• design of group and individual offers to promote individual development
• Creation and support of everyday structures to support social skills
• Promoting self-reflection and co-designing life perspectives
• Social and emotional accompaniment in challenging stages of life
• Cooperation with help plan discussions and implementation of individual support measures
• Close cooperation with members, youth offices and other institutions
• Organisation, coordination and documentation of auxiliary services
• Work in the 3-shift system (spring, late, night and weekend services) to ensure continuous support

We are looking for

You like to work with young people, take responsibility and seek a meaningful activity in a value-adding environment? Then you bring the best conditions.

• Completed training or studies in the field of social education or education
• (e.g. social pedagogue / social worker / educator / health education m/w/d)
• experience in working with children and young people with special support needs desirable
• Communication and team skills as well as empirical appearance
• Willingness to work in shiftwork (breakfast, late and night service)
• Responsibility, resilience and sensitivity
• Joy of creative, solution-oriented and resource-enhancing work
