As an employee in the area of Personal Independence (m/w/d), you can help our Deloitte partners and employees with your know-how in respect of personal independence, including in complex issues. Contact person: You support our cooperation: in compliance with personal independence and also act as a contact person for the care of our Independence Monitoring System. Processes: You support our team in obtaining the declarations of independence of all partners: in addition to further developing the compliance monitoring systems and the Independence Service Center. Examination: You support the review of the partners:in view of compliance with internal policies (Inspection & Testing). Administration: Also in a variety of administrative activities, such as Awareness measures, you regularly introduce your know-how. Know-how transfer: You accompany new employees: both after their entry and support them in fulfilling their personal independence requirements.

(minimum) Completion of a commercial training or a comparable degree Ideally experience in compliance or in a comparable function Communication strength, high service orientation, team capability and reliable operation High level of confidentiality and confidentiality Safe handling of MS Office as well as excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing
