Creating precise forecasts for resource planning based on historical data and current trends. Development and maintenance of Excel-based planning and control tools (including pivot tables, macros). Creation of reports and dashboards for visualization and evaluation of customer service data. Support in the continuous improvement of planning processes. Close cooperation with the Workforce Management Team and other operational departments. Administration of the ACD system (e.g. setup and maintenance of callflows and configuration of master data).

They have a successfully completed commercial training or study with a focus on business, mathematics, statistics or comparable qualifications. Ideally, you have practical experience in the field of workforce management in customer service, resource planning or data analysis. They have an analytical mindset and they have a structured and independent way of working. You can handle very well with MS Office applications (especially Excel and Pivot tables) and experiences in Power BI are beneficial. Basic knowledge of the administration of ACD systems (e.g. call flow design, user management) or the willingness to work into these tasks.
