• Acquisition of tasks as a responsible electric specialist for the location (after incorporation)

• Cross-departmental support of electrotechnical tasks and projects

• Analysis & Optimization of Process Engineering/Process Engineering

• Cooperation and responsibility in the field of energy management

• Ensuring plant reliability, power plant processes and fuel and chemical supply

• Monitoring of heat consumption and CO2 emissions

• Compliance with regulatory requirements and permits

• Promotion / further development of employees through corresponding further trainings and qualifications (team size approx. 10 experienced employees)

• Participation in thematic audits

• Working with projects at this location

• Takeover of function as stellv. Head of Production

• Complete master's degree in electrical engineering / energy technology or comparable qualification with DQR level 7

• Knowledge/experience in the field of electrical engineering Voltage levels

• Professional experience in a manufacturing plant, ideally desirable for power plants or in comparable electrical engineering companies

• First leadership experience is advantageous

• Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as the ability to work across the sector and organisations

• readiness and ability to initiate, drive and accompany change processes - change management

• Participation in engineering readiness service (approximately every 7 weeks)

• Ready to qualify for use in the firefighter

• Flowing German knowledge Good English knowledge of word and writing
