You maintain various software products for the GKV stationary business unit. You collect technical requirements or specifications for software development and interface analysis. You contribute to the planning, control and optimization of work and business processes and internal projects. You perform professional testing of new software versions and deployments and monitor internal and external ticket systems. You maintain and develop the database of software applications and process enquiries in first-level support You create change documentation, user manuals, design training for users and perform them.

You have good programming skills and are familiar with data structures (at least XML and JSON). You bring good knowledge in handling databases. You have already gained initial experience with quality and project management instruments. You have completed your studies (Bachelor-Niveau) in medical information management or completed training with equivalent knowledge, skills and experience acquired in practice You have IT process knowledge and have a structured approach to process design and information processing for the optimization and further development of our business processes in the business sector.
