With more than 235 employees of urban drainage, you will work together with your colleagues in the management team to ensure that finances and awards run reliably and smoothly.

Asset and Fee Management: You take over the complete and reliable correction of public and private claims, as well as the creation of acceptance arrangements for administrative and dewatering fees and other private charges. In case of requests for a refund of dewatering fees, check the respective conditions and, if necessary, arrange the corresponding fee refund.

Procurement: Contract procedures for construction, supply and services and engineering contracts are conducted in close coordination with the technical field in a legally secure manner and in accordance with the applicable regulations. In addition, you are responsible for the management of guarantees to secure advance payments, contract fulfillment and claims for defects.

Accounting: You check invoices after performance and technical acceptance, both in terms of fact and computation, take over the confirmation and ensure correct and transparent processing.

Qualification: You have completed training in the middle non-technical administration service, as an administrative specialist or equivalent qualification.

Expertise: With your relevant professional experience and well-founded knowledge in finance and procurement, you provide the ideal basis for this responsible task. You use SAP safely and routined in everyday work.
