Determination, detection and maintenance of all required data for stationary and outpatient patients in MKIS and SAP/ISH according to SGB V incl. the required treatment contracts Cost-benefit clarification in unclear insurance conditions Creation of EHIC documents for the settlement of European insured patients Enlightenment of patients and relatives on the possibility of use and prices of electoral services and the conclusion of electoral performance contracts Ensuring accounting documents Acceptance of internal and external telephone calls Monitoring the documentation and completion of all operations for archiving and accounting close cooperation with the nursing sector, electoral performance and occupancy management

Completed training in healthcare, e.g. health and nursing (w/m/d); (w/m/d), Emergency Assistant (w/m/d); Rescue Assistant (w/m/d) or comparable qualification Joy and fun in dealing with people Professional, friendly and service-oriented appearance in contact with patients, relatives and employees Good IT knowledge (e.g. SAP-ISH) and ability to interdisciplinary cooperation with all professional groups of the hospital Flexibility and loadability Communication strength and team capacity
