As a team leader IT-Consulting, you will occupy one of the most versatile positions at adesso, which combines team management and development, recruiting and operational project work. You are a key player or key player for our corporate success, your consulting team continues to develop and succeed. In detail, you perform the following tasks: You build a team and develop innovative solutions together with your employees Up and expansion of the consulting offer with our customers Consulting our customers in the content design of projects Development of technical target architectures for modernization projects taking into account the standards in the respective industry of the customer Support in the preparation of the request analysis and specification Content management of supply teams from the first idea presentation to the conclusion of the contract

Successfully completed study of computer science or comparable qualification Long-standing experience in IT consulting combined with corresponding industry know-how and the use of standards Ideally, you have first leadership responsibility and guide your team based on fun, motivation and trust. Experience in the initiation, control and management of classic and/or agile IT projects, possibly supported by relevant certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum etc.) Experience in developing and expanding consulting services in one of our core industries Found experience with current architectures, process management, requirement management and test management in customer projects
