Overall responsibility as project manager for planning, control and implementation for the German-wide and subsequent international introduction of a single CRM system Coordination of all project phases from the request intake via customizing, data migration, testing to go-live Take over the administrator function after the implementation phase as a key user for the support of the CRM system Supporting users in the day-to-day operating business, helping to connect new applications or software packages Create uniform reports (for sales, sales management, if necessary controlling etc.), Cooperation with IT, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and External Partners Development and implementation of change management measures to ensure user acceptance Rollout planning and control at the headquarters and subsidiaries Definition and monitoring of KPIs for success measurement and quality assurance Budget and resource planning for the entire project

Complete studies in the field of business information technology, BWL, IT or comparable qualification Experience in managing IT/digitalization projects, ideally in the CRM environment Knowledge in a common CRM system (e.g. Salesforce) Embossed process understanding in sales, marketing and service Structured, solution-oriented operation and high communication capability readiness for occasional travel in Germany and abroad willingness to work into the role of the CRM administrator in the long term Impressed communication strength in the moderation of workshops and presentation of complex content; intercultural competence Very good English knowledge in Word and Writing (international project communication)
