Full jury*in / judiciary Instrumentation next possible | unlimited | Full time | Higher Education Justice Department | Campus South City Legal in-house advice with high self-responsibility to diverse legal matters; Focus on public law Design of statutes and orders of the university and related questions Responsible planning, organisation, legal support and execution of elections and committee elections (particularly Senate) at TH Köln, as well as central representative for electoral issues Jurisdiction for legal questions in the context of higher education, including intra-organic disputes between the student and requests for information Processing of contractual and insurance matters, criminal complaints and cases arising from domestic law and anti-discrimination law Process representation, in particular in administrative procedures

First and second legal state exams, ideally with a focus on public law Knowledge and experience in these fields of law Willingness to incorporate into new legal areas and thematic areas First professional experience in legal counselling and application desirable Safe handling of MS Office programs, collaboration tools and IT affinity Very good German and good English skills Rapid opinion Representative communication and cooperation competence High service orientation Self-employed and very reliable operation
