Development planning for construction application planning (LPH 3-4) and processing of construction projects in execution and detail planning (LPH 5) Prefabricated components or Work preparation Participation in the creation of CAD standards with Autodesk Revit Application and co-development of internal BIM processes in cooperation with the project team and support of colleagues in the project management, work preparation, construction management and calculation Self-planning implementation of the agreements with specialist planners taking into account the a.a.R.d.T and DIN standards Cooperation in the project team and support of colleagues in the project management, work preparation, construction management and calculation

A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, Continuing Education (m/w/d) or completed Vocational Training (m/w/d) Very good knowledge and safe handling of Autodesk Revit knowledge of Dynamo for Revit desirable Professional experiences in 3D planning and experience in model-based project execution Professional experience in performance phases 3 to 5 according to HOAI Knowledge and experience in dealing with planning and construction regulations Good communication and team skills as well as responsibility and reliability German knowledge of C1 level is required for this position
