Staff management and coordination: You are clearly and respectful of your team – personal and foreign personnel. Economic action: Contracts and budgets always keep you in mind and care for economically successful projects. Quality and appointment control: You coordinate trades and services of contractors and ensure that all deadlines are complied with. Documentation: You reliably document building journal, correspondence and dimensions. Revision documents: You will draw up all necessary documents for project transfer with great care.
