Are you ready to play a central role in metal production as a production employee (m/w/d) – metal finishing / melting bath? In this position, you work directly on the production process and ensure that slag and lead flows are controlled, monitored and processed safely. You are actively contributing to the fact that all processes work stable, quality standards are adhered to and production runs smoothly in continuous layer operation. With your technical understanding and careful working, you are an important part of our team.

• You carry out the slag tap at BSO and SRO and continuously monitor slag flow and temperature.
• You keep the drain path free and control the proper granulation.
• You serve the stuffing and drilling machine responsibly and safely.
• You take slag and lead samples and carry them on for further analysis.
• You stop pumping pipes, pumping lead and forwarding it to the refining.
• You monitor the lead flow, control the lead gutter and drop to BSO and SRO.
• You carry out extensive cleaning work in the production area – with tools such as the compressed air hammer, if necessary.
• You can assist in transportation by means of forklift trucks and cranes according to instructions.
• You check solid phases with air lance or O2 lance and remove process approaches to the SRO soils.

To be successful as a production employee, you should bring basic technical understanding, physical resilience and a high level of safety awareness. You work independently, responsibly and always in the team.

• You ideally have experience in handling jacks or cranes; comprehensive training is of course on site.
• You're bringing round knowledge of machine or plant operation.
• You are ready to work in the early, late and night shift system.
• You work structured, independent and reliable.
• You are physically resilient and do not shy away from practical, hand-resistant work.
• Team skills, motivation and performance will complete your profile.
