They support management and other executives in administrative and organisational tasks. You are responsible for invoice management, check and create invoices and travel expenses. You accept the correspondence in German and English and create documents, presentations and reports. They coordinate appointments, organize business trips and meetings and agree with service companies. They are responsible for location-related projects. They have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. They work independently, structured and precise and convince with your organizational talent as well as your reliability and discretion. They bring very good German and English knowledge in word and writing, French knowledge is of advantage. They are routined in dealing with MS-Office.
