Join our specialist areas in changes and support teams in adapting to new processes and tools Ensure effective communication, implement change management programs and carry out accompanying workshops Analyze and design organization structures, develop target organisations and accompany reorganisations holistically from conception to implementation Define governance structures and effective cooperation models and link structural changes with cultural development Coordinate external service providers and responsible for their use and compliance with contractual agreements Maintain strong relationships with executives and other stakeholders and work closely with the business partners and our change community Use data analysis to continuously optimize change processes and ensure compliance with best practices and current trends in change management Monitor and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of your change projects

Completed studies, preferably with a focus on personnel or organizational development or comparable training First experience in change management of advantage Creative thinking as well as an analytical, pragmatic and targeted way of working Empathy and the ability to take different perspectives High initiative, curiosity for complex tasks and the ability to develop innovative solutions Sovereign appearance and excellent target-group-oriented communication skills
