In your role, you are responsible for the development of data and reporting solutions with a focus on efficient analysis and meaningful dashboards. Self-concept and start analysis and dashboards with Power BI, build up high-performance and predictable data models and select suitable data sources. The reliable and timely delivery of reports is guaranteed and takes over the operation of the dashboards. Design, design and implement automated workflows with Power Automate. You will also develop user-friendly apps with Power Apps to support operational processes. You develop and optimise copilot-based AI agencies to automate complex processes. A stable operation of existing power-platform solutions is ensured by monitoring, error analysis and optimization. Dashboards, applications and workflows are constantly developing and documenting solutions, processes and technical architectures. You analyse and validate technical requirements and translate them into technical solutions based on the Power Platform. You identify automation and digitization potentials in existing processes. You will advise and support the design and implementation of solutions. You develop reusable components, templates and standards to increase efficiency and quality, moderate the Power Plateform community in the company and actively develop it. Training, workshops and best-practice sessions will be conducted for sustainable use.

You have a completed degree in business informatics, business management or a comparable qualification and complemented by several years of relevant professional experience (about 2–3 years) in the analysis, development or implementation of data and process-based IT solutions. Complex processes capture, structure and optimize efficiently and securely translate professional processes into technical solutions that you can understandably document and communicate. Your own initiative, creativity and joy in innovative thinking are what distinguishes you, as well as the ability to develop concepts independently and to implement them until successful implementation. Reliability, self-responsibility and a structured way of working are of course for you. You have very good communication and presentation skills and are sure to move across different levels of leadership, combined with strong team orientation and willingness to cooperate. In dealing with the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), you are safe and used to analyze, automate and digitize business processes. You also have experience with copilot-based AI agents or comparable automation solutions. You have good SQL knowledge of data analysis and processing, ideally you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP, Azure Databricks or Microsoft Fabric. flowing knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
