Our customers are distributed around the globe. Our innovative products are widely used in areas such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), commercial vehicles, cooling chain logistics, IT data centers, medical technology – including robotic joints – and many other industries.

To further expand our European business and drive our strategic development, we strengthen our team in Germany. Therefore, our German subsidiary in Munich is now looking for a Sales Development Europe (m/w/d) .

Proactive identification and address of potential new customers and the development of sustainable customer relationships and new business opportunities Active participation in trade fairs and industry events for lead generation, market monitoring and positioning of our products Strategic support and continuous expansion of existing customer relationships with focus on long-term partnerships Accompanying customer projects from concept phase to series start (SOP) in close coordination with internal stakeholders Creation of tailor-made offers and independent implementation of contract negotiations Intensive cooperation with product management and development department to develop customer-oriented solutions Analysis of market trends and competitive activities to identify new potentials and further develop sales strategy For your successful sales work we offer you an attractive bonus model that rewards your performance fair and motivating

Complete technical or business studies or comparable qualification First practical experience in technical product sales, ideally you have experience in the brackets of HVAC, medical equipment or industrial automation Safe occurrence, communication skills and negotiation skills Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Highly motivated, independent and success-oriented
