(Junior) Central Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d)

You actively support license and contract management across the entire lifecycle (plant, care, extension, termination) With your expertise, you conduct the procurement processes for IT and selected non-IT services independently You have the opportunity to actively engage in projects (e.g. the introduction of a new purchasing tool) The maintenance of contract, supplier and license data in existing systems as well as in the new purchasing tool is your responsibility In close cooperation with the financial sector, you act at the audit and clearance interface and ensure smooth operations

You have completed studies (e.g. business, business informatics) or a commercial training with relevant additional qualification You already have first professional experience in purchasing, contract management, IT environment or finance Ideally, you could gain experience in a regulated environment or have the motivation and ability to work quickly and structuredly With your basic understanding of IT services, contracts and licenses you create a solid basis for your daily work A structured, careful way of working as well as a high level of readiness to learn With your strength in communication and teamwork, you act sovereignly at interdisciplinary interfaces You have an affinity for IT systems and digital tools German and English knowledge in word and writing complete your profile
