In the course of a regulated succession, we are looking for an experienced management personality for the management of production at the Münster-Roxel site. You take responsibility for a well-established team of currently 6 employees and control a flexible production with a high variety of variants (approximately 10,000 assemblies/year).

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the production team Control of purchasing and continuous optimization of production processes (SMD equipment, soldering, assembly production etc.) Close cooperation with development and management, especially in feasibility analyses, prototype development etc. Ensuring quality, timeliness and efficiency Participation in investment and development projects (e.g. new plants, expansion of production capacities) Further development of production in terms of automation and sustainability

Graduate in Electrical Engineering / Electronics or Training for Electronics for Devices and Systems, Communication Electronics or Radio and Television Technicians (m/w/d) Experience in electronics manufacturing, ideally related to SMD fitting lines, PCBs, assembly manufacturing, soldering processes and automated manufacturing systems First leadership experience or strong ability to lead an experienced team Structured, solution-oriented operation and good technical understanding Communication strength and joy in cross-departmental cooperation Good knowledge of English for communication with the international parent company
