We are looking for the next time Manager (w/m/d) for our plant in Spenge (Holz & Metall) in full time (37 hours/week)

You assume the overall responsibility for the smooth handling of all production orders at the site and ensure compliance with deadline, cost and quality targets You ensure compliance with the requirements of our management systems and actively promote the implementation of work and health measures You control and optimize the use of our human, technical and material resources for efficient production processes You successfully implement the defined company and production goals in close coordination with the technical management and management You guide employees in the field of wood and metal in a disciplined manner and work closely and trustfully with the executives (Production Managers/Team Managers AV) from the fields of metal and wood. You maintain close cooperation with our headquarters as well as our national and international production sites and promote cross-site exchange

You have a successfully completed advancement or study in the wood sector, e.g. as a wood technician, carpenter or engineer (w/m/d), or a comparable qualification A further or further development in the metal region is advantageous You bring at least five years of professional experience in a comparable position as a company and/or production manager (w/m/d) in a furniture-producing company – ideally in the shop or (ship) interior design You have well-founded knowledge of modern manufacturing processes, production methods and production control in the wood sector and/or metal sector You communicate safely in German, English knowledge is advantageous You are versed in handling 2D and 3D CAD and ERP systems as well as common MS Office applications You possess a strong business understanding and act entrepreneurial You convince with your leadership skills, commitment and high quality and responsibility
