You are actively working on the improvement along the entire value flow, especially in the areas of logistics, packaging line or rotor assembly. You take your own projects from the idea to the implementation and drive them forward independently.

In various areas, you conduct waste analysis and contribute to our sustainability, efficiency and quality goals.
