Head of Truck Workshop (m/f/d)

Technical and disciplinary management of the truck workshop Planning, control and optimization of all workshop processes Ensuring scheduled and high-quality maintenance, maintenance and repair of our fleet (lorries, tankers, refrigerated vehicles, silo and tarpaulin transport) Responsibility for fault diagnosis and the release of complex repairs Support of the team in demanding technical work Organisation of audits and compliance with statutory requirements (e.g. UVV, HU/AU) Staff planning, staff management and further development of the workshop team Ensuring occupational safety, environmental and quality standards Control and monitoring of spare parts procurement and storage Budget responsibility and cost control in the workshop area Close cooperation with MRP, drivers and external service providers Documentation and reporting of the work and key figures carried out

Successfully completed training as a motor vehicle mechatronic (m/w/d) with a focus on commercial vehicles and a further training on the motor vehicle master (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in commercial vehicles, ideally with first leadership experience Knowledge of the diagnosis and repair of trucks and their components and systems Embossed technical understanding in the fields of electrical, electronics and hydraulics Organizational talent as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working, enforcement, sense of responsibility and leadership skills Teamability and Communication Strength Safe handling of modern diagnostic tools and MS Office Class B driving licence, ideally class C (Lkw) High readiness and flexibility
