Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures for around 13,000 motorway kilometers. Special responsibility for the applicant management system (SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting): They take over the role of a professional product owner, continuously develop the system and actively contribute to the digitization of personnel production. Requirement management and control of HR IT projects: They collect, prioritize and coordinate requirements from the recruiting environment with the aim of aligning the applicant management system with a sustainable approach. Release management and continuous system optimization: They plan and accompany system updates, the introduction of new functions and technical extensions from testing phase to quality assurance. Conception and realization of digital HR processes in recruiting: They design efficient, easy-to-use digital HR solutions in personnel production, which give users a clear added value. Key User Management and Knowledge Transfer: They design a company-wide network of recruiting key users and develop it further for optimal exchange, effective system usage and continuous improvement. Technology analysis in the field of digital computing and HR software: They observe current HR-Tech trends such as AI-based recruiting solutions or CRM systems, analyze innovations and bring them into the further development of our candidate management system.

Graduate degree in economics, social sciences, information sciences or comparable qualifications, knowledge and skills Professional experience in HR-IT or Digital Product Management Experience in the care and further development of a candidate management system Experience in requirement management, project work and professional control and development of digital systems Experience with agile product development Communication strength and ability to combine different perspectives That would be desirable: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or comparable applicant management systems Knowledge in the handling of role and authorization concepts and data protection requirements Confidence with agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, OKR) Practical experience in the public sector or in heavily regulated organisations Experience in cooperation with IT, data protection and co-determination bodies in large organisations Your personal strengths include: Embossed social and communicative competence Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation Safe, binding occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement Strategic, economic and holistic thinking and action
