As a disponent inland navigation (m/w/d) at Kühne+Nagel Euroshipping GmbH, you control the operating daily business along European waterways. You plan and dispose of ships, coordinate charging and extinguishing processes and anticipate factors such as water levels, lock times and weather conditions. In addition, you actively engage customers and partners, first offer and develop long-term business relationships. Costs, capacities and dependable processes will help you to work closely with adjacent areas such as accounting.

• Planning and disposition of ships taking into account nautical criteria

• Coordination of loading and unloading processes in ports and terminals

• Active binding and support of customers, as well as processing of offers

• Development and maintenance of partner companies

• Monitoring our transport operations as part of the supply chain

• Cost and capacity optimization in daily business

• Interface function for bookkeeping

• Training in the field of forwarding/logistics, shipping or comparable

• experience in disposition, ideally in inland waterways or port logistics

• Understanding cargo types (mass, containers, project logistics)
