In the area of Corporate Digital Innovation & Development, we take care of business-wide digitalization with the core elements innovation projects, shared services and coordination of strategic planning with the Service Ownern The central mission of the Team Digital Platform Products is to introduce digital platforms and tools with the focus on cooperation, Citizen development and process automation, to support them as a product owner and to anchor them permanently across all business areas in the organization.

• You support our Product Owner for our No-Code Platform smapOne

• You support the creation and scaling of global Citizen Development Communities

• You are in exchange and act as a contact point for the Citizen Development Communities and users worldwide

• You are in exchange and central contact point for an interdisciplinary team consisting of Business & IT

• You improve and automate existing processes by using no-code platforms and other digital tools

• You like to travel? Combining Business & IT requires a direct insight into the relevant personas

• You have good English skills

• You are open to the world and are happy to work in an international and multicultural environment. Here you are a good communicator, have joy in dealing with people and can motivate others with your positive radiance

• You are enthusiastic for new technologies & processes and see yourself as digital natives or as a Citizen Developer
