As a global leader in the production of innovative medicines, Boehringer Ingelheim offers you the opportunity to get to know the diverse tasks of the Corporate HR Controlling & Analytics department. You will accompany us with HR Controlling and Analysis concepts and take responsibility for various projects.

During your internship, you support the definition of global standards for HR Controlling & Analytics. Create and implement HR Controlling and Analysis concepts together with your experienced colleagues. Your know-how is asked: As part of exciting projects, you support the analysis of data and help model new processes. You make a valuable contribution to our monthly financial statements by supporting the evaluation of the capacity distributions and by making budget/actual comparisons. In addition, you participate in system tests and validations and support the creation of necessary training documents and process descriptions.

Students of an economic study programme focusing on human resources management or controlling System and process affinity paired with pronounced analytical capability Self-sponsored, responsible and careful working and a high level of willingness to learn and enjoy teamwork Very good linguistic expressiveness and representation in German and English Embossed knowledge in MS Office

What we offer

As a student intern*in, you can expect a fair payout (payment of the currently valid minimum wage) For every full month with us you will receive 2.5 paid release days An internship in full time includes 37.5 hours per week (after consultation, a lower number of hours is also possible) Own responsibility and valuable practical experience in different projects

The duration of the internship is 6 months. Entry can take place at several dates per year.
