Own-responsible creation of monthly wage and salary billing in SAP HCM for a defined circle Contact person for all billing-relevant questions taking into account tax and social insurance regulations Cooperation with social security institutions, financial offices and authorities as well as support for upstream and downstream reporting processes (EEL, ELSTAM, DEÜV, etc.) Creation and evaluation of HR reports and accounting analyses from SAP HCM Accounts with financial accounting and health insurance Ensuring high data quality and cooperation in the further development of our processes and systems Participation in monthly, annual and final work in the Payroll environment Support for wage and social security checks Close cooperation with HR-Controlling within the framework of provisions and final processes

Completed commercial training with a focus on human resources or comparable qualifications, as well as multiannual professional experience in pay accounting Funded knowledge in SAP HCM and very good handling of MS Office (especially Excel) Very good knowledge of pay tax and social security law Advantageous knowledge in the field of occupational retirement provision (bAV) Experience in the analysis and optimization of payroll processes Self-contained, structured and careful operation with high numerical and detail accuracy Impressed service orientation and communication strength in handling internal and external contacts Team-oriented personality with solution-oriented and pragmatic working
