Be part of the governance division in the Data, Privacy & Artificial Intelligence unit of AXA Group AG in Cologne and promote the creation of pragmatic regulatory requirements. In our highly dedicated and specialized team, you will keep the regulatory developments in mind and translate them into practical requirements. In addition, you create the direct interface with our customers and make sure that all data protection rights are taken into account as best as possible. The position is designed as an entry role in which you can develop professionally and personally.

A structured onboarding on all relevant topics with sponsorship program as well as internal and external training offers You are contact:in for the topics Data, Privacy & Artificial Intelligence with a focus on governance Your main task is to carry out audits and monitoring activities (internal and external) You perform awareness activities, process data subject rights and complaints as well as data protection violations You take over the management of our directory of processing activities (VVT) Application You are constantly optimising our existing data protection processes Own-responsibility for you to set up group provisions in the form of guidelines and work instructions

As a full lawyer:in you have completed your second legal state exam and have first professional experience in the field of data protection and/or AI, also like working student activities or internships You have a high level of communication skills, can convey complex legal, data protection and technological content in an address-oriented manner and can also occur sovereignly, empathically and convincingly in challenging conversation situations. You combine different interests constructively and ensure understandable, solution-oriented communication. Self-organization is one of your strengths - prioritize tasks independently, plan structured and reliably implement them. Also keep track of high workloads or short-term requirements, act responsibly and make informed decisions. You have a good AI and digital skills. You show a high level of learning and enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, data protection and digital developments. Quickly capture, legally classify technological developments and translate them into appropriate governance and action recommendations. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile You bring a certain readiness to travel to carry out on-site audits (about 2-3 times in the quarter)
