Head of the IT department at the location in Braunschweig as well as support for IT topics at the locations in Didcot, Prague and Paris Support for the development and optimization of solutions for their business processes and identification and introduction of so-called “best practices” for the company Planning and management of enterprise architectures with a definition and enforcement of IT standards or the orientation to architectural principles Governance, Risk and Compliance Management Planning, monitoring and analysis of the IT budgets and IT costs as well as initiation and monitoring of cost reduction programs in cooperation with the controlling, with simultaneous performance orientation or adding new criteria (Risk, Compliance) Coordination and implementation of IT projects and IT training and implementation of internal IT audits Administration of Windows servers (user device, backup, software updates), Office 365 Cloud applications and local network, MS Azure Cloud and its components Working with IT User Helpdesk via ticket system

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications (e.g. professional informatics with multi-year professional experience) Experience in creating IT roadmaps and budget planning Multiannual professional experience in managing cross-functional teams and in the administration of Microsoft systems Knowledge of operating systems, MS-Office and database administration Experience in Group IT structures of advantage Understanding Microsoft 365 and MS SharePoint Reliability, resilience and high readiness as well as strong communication skills and high social competence German (C1) and very good English skills required
