We are looking for you to strengthen our team for the property of the central outpatient reception – place of use Central Emergency. Your tasks: You take over the complete inclusion of the patient's personal data in the hospital information system. You record timely diagnosis and billing-relevant performances. You create and deal with error logs, test lists and accounting documentation. Communication with patients, relatives, doctors and nurses as well as transport and rescue services is part of the daily routine. You may also deal with the management of the treatment documents and maintain patient records. You process telephone requests and ensure a smooth exchange of letters. Their mission is early, late and night service as well as weekend and holiday work.

You have a successfully completed vocational training, preferably with medical expertise. Your know-how in the MS Office products, especially when dealing with Outlook, is essential. You are open and are happy to work in a multi-professional team. You act customer-oriented and maintain constructive cooperation with all professional groups involved in patient care. Personally, you are characterized by your commitment in a dedicated interdisciplinary team, flexibility and a high social competence. The legal provisions require a valid proof of the measles' immunity.
