As a working student (m/w/d), you support our team in the operational implementation of commercial property management. Essentially, the following responsible tasks apply: Ensuring the commercial facility management as part of our extensive rental and rental portfolio, incl. Maintenance of master data, technical inventory data and contractual aspects, e.g. rent adjustment, usage rights Support for efficiency-oriented auditing and settlement of invoices Participation in the creation, negotiation and conclusion of property-related rental contracts and usage agreements based on the framework contractual arrangements including the necessary installations Active cooperation in creating and developing digital standards and solutions

You are currently studying in the Bachelor or Master of Economics, Business Informatics or Real Estate Management. The following skills and knowledge complete your profile:. Interest in technological-strategic issues Understanding Processes and Digitization Topics Ideally first knowledge in ERP software, Java/Python Outstanding team skills and commitment Safe handling of IT products around MS Office German in word and writing at C1 level
