Your mission

• Independent programming and operation of our AXA milling machines type VSC50-4000, VSC 50-7000XTS or VSC3-2600XTS in 3-axis
• Selection and installation of the necessary tools
• alignment and clamping of various components
• Spanning machining of high wear resistant steels up to 500HB
• Providing all milling components to date
• Checking the finished workpieces with common measuring and testing means
• Monitoring and maintenance of machines

Your superpowers

• Complete vocational training and some years of professional experience
• Safe handling of the Heidenhain controls TNC 430, 530 and 640
• independent work according to technical drawings
• thoroughness and cost-conscious work
• Team skills, readiness to learn, sense of order
• Your own claim and pride for good results
• crane license and forklift license of advantage but no condition
• Ready to work in a two-layer system
