Team Leader Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

Quality is more than a standard for you – it is a claim. In this position you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of our QS team in coordination with the Quality Management Board. You develop the area and processes and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and standards. You coordinate test procedures and ensure the timely implementation. You work closely with internal interfaces, customers and suppliers. You are responsible for stratification and ensure the continuous qualification of your team. Your expertise will help you to coordinate with external service providers and thus contribute significantly to the quality of our products.

You have completed technical training in the field of quality and material testing with further training to the technician or master (m/w/d). You have several years of experience in the management and development of teams in the environment of quality assurance. You provide sound knowledge in non-destructive testing (ZfP) and relevant standards. In dealing with MS Office and ERP systems, preferably SAP, you are safe. Their work is structured, analytic and influenced by sense of responsibility. You communicate safely in German and English, are strong and understand how to motivate your team.
