Technician Maintenance & Lifecycle Management Track Laying Machines (m/f/d)

Lifecycle Management: Participation in the technical life cycle planning of our track and rail vehicles, as well as evaluation of further operation, retrofit and replacement measures Data analysis: Analysis of availability, fault, cost and maintenance data for identifying technical vulnerabilities and deriving concrete optimization measures Efficiency: Support for maintenance, budget and investment planning and technical economic considerations Processes: Development and digitization of our maintenance and lifecycle management processes Cooperation: Technical coordination with manufacturers, suppliers and internal departments in maintenance, retrofit and optimization Conditions: Attractive remuneration as well as 30 days holiday per year Variety: Occasional travel activities for technical assistance of machines, commissioning and selected projects throughout Germany

Qualification: Completion as a technician (m/w/d), master (m/w/d) or comparable qualification in the field of rail vehicles, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a related field Experience: Multiannual professional experience in the technical environment, ideally in maintenance management, asset management, maintenance of rail vehicles or Construction machinery or the development of modern maintenance strategies Analysis: Embossed technical understanding and the ability to analyze machine, cost and maintenance data in a structured manner and derive appropriate measures from it Organization: Communication strength, structured and independent operation, safe handling of MS Office and willingness to incorporate into our ERP and maintenance systems Mobility: Class B driving licence and willingness to accompany technical appointments, commissioning and projects on site Willingness: willingness to provide occasional telephone support in technically complex questions even outside the regular working time
