-They carry out the monthly payment accounting for your accounting system in SAP HCM independently and implement legal, collective agreement and operational regulations as well as tax and social insurance aspects -they are responsible for the processing and control of the electronic reporting system as well as for specialist topics such as

-They have a completed commercial vocational training including several years of professional experience in the field of pay accounting and time management ideally with SAP HCM -In the right to pay tax and social security You have extensive knowledge and know how to implement them in practice -Ideally, you are familiar with the tariff regulations of the metal and electrical industry - you have secure user knowledge in MS-Office and you can use them skillfully for optimizing your workflows -An independent and structured way of working, combined with a safe occurrence, you are distinguished -With your empathic and open-minded way you contribute to a positive work environment and bring joy to work
