As an intern (m/w/d) in our Leadership Development Team, you will help shape Deloitte's leadership culture and support our executives in their further development. Program Management: You support our Program Manager in designing and implementing executive development programs for all positions with leadership responsibility. Leadership Diagnostics: With our team, you work on exciting projects, such as upward feedback and the introduction of a leadership diagnostic to further develop Deloitte's leadership and feedback culture. Diversity of tasks: With your collaboration on various projects, you can support research, production/adaptation of concepts and communications as well as the preparation and implementation of large executive events. Teamwork: As a team, we work closely together across different locations and are enthusiastic about and open to innovative ideas about Leadership Development. Network: You have the opportunity to exchange you across teams and business with colleagues from different disciplines and positions and expand your professional network.

Gap Year or between Bachelor's and Master's degree with one of the following priorities: Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Education, Economics or Similar First experiences in the field of personnel development, preferably in management development, for example as part of an internship or a previous work student activity Secure handling of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Power Point, Word) Excellent communication strength, high self-initative and enthusiasm for conceptual personnel work Very good German and English skills
