Discipline and professional leadership of the team Formulation Development and further development of the team members Ensuring the qualification of employees and ensuring the function of formulation laboratories non-GMP and GMP Strategic and (infra-)structural development of the team and laboratories Planning of formulation development tasks for projects and multidisciplinary coordination e.g. with Pharmaceutical Development Management, Quality Control, Manufacturing and Packaging Responsibility for the implementation of galenical development work and scale-ups Active cooperation on development projects and tasks Selection and management of external partners as part of formulation developments Creation, maintenance and release of documents and product data in the context of galenical developments (SOPs, production instructions, stability studies, development reports) Processing of OOS and regulatory requests related to formulation Planning of needs/investments and release of orders, invoices Head of Pharmaceutical Development

Complete study of pharmacy incl. approval (preferably with PhD in Pharm. Technology) Experience in disciplinary leadership of employees Ideally multi-year experience with product development of various dosage forms in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent experience Experience on requirements for the development and production of medicines, medical devices, ideally also for dietary supplements and cosmetics Remarkable: Experience on requirements for development and production of clinical trials Experience in project work, as well as with external contracts, cooperations, patents Empathic and team-oriented Service-oriented, result-oriented and flexible Open, curious and responsible Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and action Good communication, as well as routined handling of MS Office
